"Easy dressing for gyros or Greek salad. Also makes a nice dipping sauce for Veggies.HINT: Tastes best when chilled for at least 1 hour after preparation."
2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
